Where is my data stored?

All data is currently stored on LocalStorage in your browser. However, we are planning to offer paid subscriptions in the future that will allow your documents to be stored securely and encrypted on the cloud.

Who has access to my data?

We take your privacy seriously and do not log or store any of your document's content, unless expressly asked to do so. We use APIs provided by OpenAI. While your data is sent to OpenAI, it will not be used to improve OpenAI's models. Please see their data policy for more information. If you require on-premise deployment or greater control over where your data is sent, please do not hesitate to contact us at enterprise@coeditor.ai to discuss your requirements.

My company is interested in using this, can I talk to someone on your team?

Why are my documents still showing up in history after I sign out?

When you sign in, it increases the limit on the number of suggestions you can receive. However, signing out does not impact the documents as they are currently stored on LocalStorage in your browser. If you wish to remove documents, you can do so by clicking the delete icon in the History page.

How much does this cost?

As of now, coeditor.ai is in beta and completely free to use. However, there may be a limit on the number of suggestions you can receive. If you encounter this limit, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at help@coeditor.ai. We would love to hear more about your use cases and explore pricing options that would work best for you.
